1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "Player", "User", or "you") and Alpha888 (hereinafter referred to as "Alpha888", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://alpha888.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision set out herein, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the Alpha888 registration process.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by Alpha888.
• "Deposited Funds" — real money deposited by a Player into their Account via any of the approved payment methods available on the Platform.
• "Game" — any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer table, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation as required by Alpha888.
• "MYR" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" — the Alpha888 website at https://alpha888.cam, including all games, tools, features, and services offered thereon.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region in which online gambling is illegal or in which Alpha888 has elected not to offer services.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on Alpha888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Alpha888 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all account holders. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Platform or placing any wager.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of Alpha888 or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from Alpha888 or any affiliated platform, or had an Account closed by Alpha888 for misconduct.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction of residence.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details — including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information — is prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of your Account and forfeiture of any Balance.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Alpha888 recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must notify Alpha888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Alpha888 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

Alpha888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the lifecycle of an Account, including at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a material change in account activity. Accepted KYC documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address not more than three months old. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by Alpha888 may result in account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Alpha888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method. Players are advised to consult the relevant payment method page on the Platform for current limits. As a general guide, e-wallet minimum deposits begin at MYR 30, while bank transfer minimums begin at MYR 100. Maximum single transaction limits may be subject to your account VIP tier and KYC status.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Alpha888 endeavours to process withdrawal requests as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes; and direct bank wire or cryptocurrency within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes. These timelines are indicative only and may be affected by banking hours, network congestion, or pending KYC verification.

5.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

As a general anti-money laundering control, Alpha888 requires that withdrawals be processed via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Where this is not technically possible, alternative arrangements may be made at Alpha888's discretion, subject to additional verification.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on Alpha888 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless an alternative currency arrangement has been explicitly agreed in writing. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt. Alpha888 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and accepts no liability for currency conversion losses.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Alpha888 offers a variety of promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion as published on the Platform.

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements for each promotion are set out in the applicable promotion page.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on the games and betting markets specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on certain game categories — such as progressive jackpot slots or live dealer tables — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward Wagering Requirements.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Alpha888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
• Where Alpha888 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including the registration of multiple accounts, the use of automated software, or collusion with other Players to exploit a promotion — Alpha888 may void any associated Bonus Funds and winnings and close the relevant Account(s).
• Bonus Funds are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.

7 Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on Alpha888 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific or game-specific rules shall take precedence.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and valid once it has been confirmed by the Alpha888 system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed via the Platform are subject to maximum win limits as set by Alpha888 from time to time. Alpha888 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.

7.2 Manifest Errors

Alpha888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds or as a result of a manifest error in the Platform system — including but not limited to pricing errors, data feed failures, or system malfunctions. In such circumstances, Alpha888 will return the original stake to the Player's Account. Alpha888's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.

7.3 Cancelled Events

Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market's settlement conditions have been met, Alpha888 will apply standard void-and-return rules unless specific settlement rules published on the Platform dictate otherwise. In-play bets that were live at the time of abandonment will be handled in accordance with the relevant sport rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Alpha888 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of any Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information or KYC documents.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any activity designed to achieve a guaranteed profit through the exploitation of promotional offers (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage abuse").
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including but not limited to poker, where such collusion would provide an unfair competitive advantage.
• Attempting to process transactions through the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing a third party — including a minor — to access or use your Account.
• Any conduct that Alpha888 reasonably believes may expose it to legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the Alpha888 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and game content — is the proprietary property of Alpha888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purposes of lawful personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without Alpha888's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature — including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, except where such loss or damage results directly from Alpha888's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Without limiting the foregoing, Alpha888 does not accept liability for:

• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or failure of the Platform arising from events beyond Alpha888's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party system failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss of data, winnings, or account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional terms, which may be subject to change.
• Any gambling losses sustained as a result of your participation in Games on the Platform. By accessing Alpha888, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred.

In no event shall Alpha888's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount of Deposited Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

11 Responsible Gambling

Alpha888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to protecting vulnerable individuals from the harms associated with problem gambling. The following tools and policies form part of Alpha888's responsible gambling framework and are available to all registered Players at no cost.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account via the responsible gambling settings page. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen session duration reminders to help monitor time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from Alpha888 may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. Alpha888 accepts no liability arising from your failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including their formation, validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Alpha888 holds its operating licence.

13.1 Internal Complaint Process

In the first instance, all disputes should be submitted to Alpha888 via our live chat support channel or by email to [email protected]. Alpha888 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to provide a full response within ten (10) business days. Where a matter is complex, we will notify you of the expected resolution timeline.

13.2 Regulatory Escalation

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through Alpha888's internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction Alpha888 operates. Details of the applicable regulatory authority are available upon request from our support team.
